Big Mail relies on third party mail providers for access to your emails, and whilst most providers work the same way, there are some variations between them that can sometimes result in unexpected behaviour.

If you’re unable to forward the email because the contents is sensitive, you may also send us a screenshot and redact any sensitive information.
